Background
Melinda brings over 25 years of professional consulting experience to the Bremley Partners’ team. She has had the opportunity to work with a distinguished list of clients on a variety of initiatives. Melinda has extensive experience helping organizations set up and maintain strong, predictive assessment systems. The assessment processes vary based on the level of complexity of the work and are used for selection and/or development needs. In addition, she has had the opportunity to coach executives at numerous phases of their careers. A growing area of business for Melinda has been the CEO/President performance feedback process. She also partners with organizations to create effective performance management systems.
Publications, Professional Affiliations, and Presentations
Melinda Bremley’s research interests include the analysis of personality, leadership, and problem-solving skills and their impact on executive success. She also has researched the cognitive processing involved in performance appraisal, and characteristics of information that influence judgments. She has been published in a variety of journals and has presented at numerous conferences and universities on such topics as well as other areas of expertise. She is an adjunct professor for Villanova University where she teaches graduate students in the human resources development program.
