What is involved in a profile study or validation study?

You provide information to Bremley Partners Consulting about the position itself (job description, job analysis results, etc.).

Bremley Partners then creates a preliminary assessment battery to administer to a select number of your incumbents.

You share current performance data for those same individuals with the Bremley Partners team.

We take the assessment information and the performance data and statistically determine which assessment characteristics differentiate your more successful performers from those who have not been successful in your company.
The result of the profile or validation study is a clearer understanding or “portrait of success” for a particular position. You are able to use that information to create a streamlined assessment process moving forward. You will then focus on reviewing the most important characteristics in your candidates before you actually bring them into your organization or promote them into a certain position.
